My husband and I had a great time on our spring break Carnival Cruise aboard the Carnival Magic. It was a 7 day cruise and we got to visit Cozumel, Mexico, Belize, and Isla de Roatan, Honduras. I will be posting separate posts for each port and a final post of on board adventures in the days to come!
Our first day was spent at sea and we kept going through fog banks which was very interesting because one minute it would nice and sunny but the next we would be in an extremely dense fog and you couldn't see hardly 10 feet ahead.
Our second day was spent in Cozumel, Mexico. This was our second time in Cozumel as we had been there on our honeymoon. At this port we chose an excursion to go swim with dolphins at Dolphinaris. My husband chose this excursion because it was his birthday. We got to swim with two dolphins Eagle and Lucky. Each of us also got to ride the dolphins. The dolphin swim was not only just fun but very educational the trainer was constantly telling us facts about dolphins.
We also chose the VIP package which allowed us access to an adult only sundeck for unlimited food and drinks. They served us a four course meal for lunch that was extremely delicious. It was a nice day spent relaxing and meeting new people. The pool that you can see in the pictures below overlooked the dolphin pool which was awesome as we got to watch the dolphins swim around all day. It was amazing we were so happy that we chose this excursion it was by far our favorite one.
